The Vrouwkundige stands for tailored care and listening to the client's wishes. Always feel free to say what you think and feel.

Still don't feel comfortable, do you have feedback or do you want to see another health care provider? You are free to express your wishes. If you don't want/can't discuss this with the Vrouwkundige, know that there are other options.

Then contact the complaints officer of the CBKZ (Central Office for Complaint Management in Health Care, https://www.cbkz.nl/). This is impartial, works independently and will be happy to help you with support and advice. The complaints officer also mediates in finding a solution. Everything you tell the complaint officer is confidential.
